As the Vice President of Business Operations and for Cyber/AI/Machine Learning for the UA-ARC, Chris Fox assists in finding business opportunities that align the University of Arizona faculty researchers doing work in the area of cyber with Department of Defense and Industry partners in offering real solutions and innovative results to their current defense challenges.

Chris is a retired Army Military Communications and Acquisition Officer with over 30 years of experience working with the Department of Defense and Industry partners.

Previously Chris was the Chief Operating Officer for a local Aerospace Company, Tucson Embedded Systems, helping to expand their presence within the Federal Government.

Chris has a Master’s Degree in Information Systems from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Northern Iowa.
